The FIFA World Cup is heading to New Jersey in 2026, paving lots of opportunities for community engagement. Set to be the largest global event in history, the scale of this event demands extensive preparation and adaptability. Preparation includes working closely with statewide organizations and non-profits such as the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce. We were honored to be commissioned by the NJPCC to design a mini booklet and social media graphics for the FWC26NYNJ Host Committee’s DEI initiative hosted at William Patterson University of New Jersey.

MINI BOOKLET

Created as a handout for an in-person event with over 100 attendees, this mini booklet served as an essential guide and reference tool. It showcases key information about the company, panelists, partners, and sponsors. Adhering strictly to the chamber’s brand guidelines, the booklet reinforces its identity and effectively promotes the organization to its audience. Note: Only a limited number of pages were photographed.

SOCIAL MEDIA

PROMOTION

While the social media campaign was limited and highly regulated, it was effective and reached a very broad audience. The campaign included four social media posts, and five Instagram stories all fit to the branding of the chamber while remaining consistent with the mini booklet designs.

RESULTS

Since this initial collaboration, NJPCC and FWC26NYNJ have continued to work closely, hosting both large and small-scale events, including networking parties, countdowns, viewing parties, and more. This partnership has positioned us as a key contributor to the World Cup’s success in the United States. Expanding our services to include event coverage, live streaming, and beyond, Apex is proud to play a role in this monumental event. We look forward to strengthening our relationship with the host committee and contributing even further!
